Hi, I'm Doug, the owner of Vault. I'm a local and a Veteran. I started helping people like you buy and rent storage containers in 1992. I've ran some of the largest storage container companies on the West Coast servicing small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, contractors to industrial companies, farms to residential.

Service dates are subject to availability. Therefore, advance notice is required.
Your container may be picked up any time after 7 a.m. local time. Please be sure it's unlocked, empty, clean, and accessible. You don't have to be present when the driver arrives.

First the driver will call you or the point of contact when leaving our yard. Your estimated service window will be provided by our delivery team via email and text. Our drivers take pride in our delivery and will be in constant contact with you with any updates. Please note, your service window is an estimated timeframe and not a guarantee. We do require someone to be onsite on the arrival of the Vault unit. We do not require someone to be on site when the Vault is picked up.
Hazardous Materials such as toxic chemicals, gas, liquids, substance, material or waste, lawn mowers, motorized vehicles and illegal items cannot be placed in a Vault Container.
We also recommend that heirlooms, irreplaceable artifacts, deeds, legal notices, forms of currency and items that are not your personal property are not placed in the Container. HUMAN OR ANIMAL HABITATION IS ALSO SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED.
No cars, motorized vehicles or lawnmowers are not allowed to be transported in Vault containers.
Absolutely! You may access your Vault container as often as needed with no additional charges. Before accessing your container, you'll need to schedule the visit to our team at least 24 hours in advance. We will have your container in our staging area for your convenience. Please call us at 800-919-4907 to schedule your appointment.

Vault offers Storage Protectors Container Damage Waiver. The waiver is $25 per month. This covers any damage done to the container. This includes, if someone tags the Vault, tries to break in etc. to your stored property and our rental agreement requires you to maintain coverage for your personal property stored in our container, so it is important to find coverage for your possessions.
While the container is at your location, please make sure to keep the doors locked when you are not accessing the container.
The Vault delivery truck is equipped with our revolutionary hydraulic lift system,designed to reduce shifting of your contents. It securely transports the Vault container to and from your location.
- “SOFT TOUCH” ROBOTICS – Our soft touch technology protects your property. We offer the gentlest deliveries and can deliver in the tightest of spaces. Our 16' containers are outfitted with soft-touch rubber feet to protect your driveway and property. We care.
- “LEVEL LOAD” TECHNOLOGY – Our “Level-Load” Technology helps protect your stuff from shifting during transport. Loading and unloading full containers is a breeze with our robotic delivery system. Each container is loaded and unloaded onto our trailers for transport level using patented level load and level unloading technology.

Vault containers are weather-resistant. The container is designed to protect your items against typical weather conditions such as falling rain and snow.
Yes! We have shipping containers in many lengths and upgrades. We can customize with additional doors and windows. We can even customize the color to coordinate with other buildings on your property. Vault containers are designed to accommodate a typical household. Larger households will require multiple containers. As every household is different, the customer is responsible for assessing the container capacity for their belongings. Vault container sizes are approximate.
